Lynda, has been a spiritual "inquisitive" most of her life. She grew up in the Disciples of
Christ faith family, where she was blessed with the encouragement to read and explore
all avenues of spiritual expression.
While she has had many occupations and holds certifications and titles galore in this
lifetime, Lynda has found the most satisfaction in her dedication to spiritual teaching
and guidance while assisting others to obtain optimum health and experience higher
states of consciousness.

Her 14 years as a Registered Nurse Healer working in all areas of nursing including addiction/recovery,
alternative health, medical-surgical, long term care and hospice have given her a unique appreciation of the
body/mind/spirit connection throughout the life cycle.
Lynda is a Reiki and Karuna Reiki Master/Teacher and has been doing energy work on a daily basis since
her first class in 1994 which inspired her to spend five years traveling nationally as a licensed teacher with
The International Center for Reiki Training.
She also trained with Laura Silva in the "Silva Mind Control Method" and while living in the Houston area at
the dawn of the new millennium, completed a nine month Teacher Training Course in Kundalini Yoga during
which she attended her first White Tantra Sadhana and was blessed by Yogi Bhajan with the name
Meherbani Kaur, meaning "Princess who lives by mercy and kindness".
Lynda began her journey into the clergy in 1998 after making a life changing move into the Dallas, Texas area
where she was introduced to Bishop Lee Petersen at a local metaphysical gathering. They (both being
Gemini's) bonded instantly, and she began an intensive study with him that led to their exploration of many
new healing modalities together and ultimately culminated in her calling to the Sacred Ministry.
Lynda began an immersion in the classic tradition of the Apostolic Catholic Minor Orders and was ordained
as Priest in June of 1999.
In May of 2003 Lynda was Consecrated Bishop and in March of 2005 she was Consecrated Abbess Corp
Sole (+ Right Reverend Mother) and established The Red Lotus Temple, a non-profit Spiritual Healing Order.
